Furthermore, the Fullerton Court, otherwise known as the North Justice Center observes certain holidays many other businesses do. Thus, the Fullerton Courthouse is closed on observed court holidays. In addition, if you are appearing without a scheduled court appearance date, you should make arrangements to be at the court no later than 7:30AM to have your criminal case placed on calender for that day. Please keep in mind, bench warrants and arrest warrants can be recalled with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department regardless of any court holiday schedule. Please call Fullerton Bail Bonds for more information at 714-872-9198.
Most of the criminal court departments are located on the third and fourth floor at the North Justice Center. You can gain access to the Fullerton Court by parking at the lower level section of the complex, located right off of Berkeley Avenue. Upon entering, the court clerk’s office is to your left and so is the elevator to the third floor. The upper lever parking can be accessed by the lower level parking lot as well, however you can easily get there by taking Brea Boulevard westbound just north of the court complex. There are two major intersections for gaining access to the Fullerton Courthouse, Harbor Boulevard and Brea Boulevard or Harbor Boulevard and Berkeley Avenue.
